On October 8, Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers hosted the “Building a Personal Brand with Purpose & Impact” workshop – an event that explored how professionals today can define, express, and strengthen their personal identity in the workplace.
Organized by Azerbaijan HR Institute in partnership with Transformative Coaching, the session brought together specialists from various sectors to discuss one of the most essential skills in modern leadership: building a personal brand that reflects both competence and authenticity.
The workshop was led by Leyla Novruz and Agata Hadzic, who offered a balanced and insightful approach to personal branding – blending strategic self-definition with the art of presence and visual identity.
Through a series of interactive discussions and exercises, participants examined how their values and professional goals translate into perception, credibility, and career impact.
The atmosphere in the room was both engaging and reflective.
Participants actively engaged throughout the session, exchanging perspectives, reflecting on their own professional journeys, and sharing success stories with a sense of openness and confidence that energized the entire room. What began as a professional workshop evolved into a thoughtful dialogue about self-awareness and purpose.
By the end of the day, one idea stood out clearly: a personal brand is not about image or status, but about clarity of purpose and consistency of action.
Events like this remind us that leadership begins with understanding who we are and how we choose to show up.
