Absheron Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Jeyran Farazi as its new Group HR Director, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its people and culture agenda.
Farazi is a seasoned HR leader with more than 12 years of professional experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, and organizational transformation. Over the course of her career, she has been recognized for designing and implementing innovative HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
In addition to her corporate expertise, Farazi is an approved instructor for HRCI’s PHRi™ and SPHRi™ certifications, where she has played an active role in developing the HR profession across Azerbaijan and the wider region. Her dedication to teaching and mentoring HR specialists reflects her commitment to advancing professional standards in the field.
In her new role, Farazi will lead human capital initiatives across Absheron Hotel Group, focusing on fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the hospitality sector.
