Azerbaijan HR Institute successfully hosted HR Summer Fest 2025 at Ramada by Wyndham Baku, bringing together HR leaders, executives, and professionals for a vibrant mix of learning, networking, and entertainment.
The festival opened with welcoming remarks from Emil Huseynov, founder and director of Azerbaijan HR Institute and Chairman of Azerbaijan HR Community. His speeches highlighted the importance of innovation, collaboration, and cross-border HR partnerships.
Participants engaged in diverse sessions that blended professional insights with interactive activities. Zeinab Taghavi led a session on Meditation & Breathing Techniques, while Fizza Sabir, Co-Founder of Dubai HR Professional Network and Senior People Advisor at DNV, delivered a thought-provoking HR Ted Talk on Employee Wellbeing. Clinical psychologist and coach Leyla Elman followed with her talk “The Secret of Numbers in Private Life,” where she gave in-depth insights on how date of birth influences character, linking these perspectives to personal development and workplace harmony.
Beyond learning, HR Summer Fest 2025 offered a dynamic cultural and social program. Highlights included a talent show, HR Master Chef challenge, Harley-Davidson bike show, HR 360 camera, and HR Appreciation Wall. A special lunch buffet, exclusive teambuilding activities, and a Loto draw with unique gifts created memorable moments for all participants. The evening reached its peak with a high-energy performance by DJ Kamo.
