In April 2023, Azerbaijan took a significant step onto the global human resources stage by hosting Global HR Summit 2023 for the first time. The event marked a new chapter in the country’s engagement with international HR dialogue, bringing together senior HR executives, business leaders, government officials, and global experts on a single platform in Baku.
Organized by Azerbaijan HR Institute, the summit was held with the main sponsorship of NEQSOL Holding and supported by a group of prominent institutional partners, including ABB, Anzera, Amrop, Education Student Loan Fund, OBA, and MKT IK LLC. The gathering attracted representatives of local and international companies, reinforcing Azerbaijan’s growing role as a regional hub for professional and leadership-focused events.
At the core of the summit was a strong alignment with Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development, particularly the priority of competitive human capital and modern innovations.
