HR Operations Specialist
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
About the role:
PASHA Travel is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Operations Specialist to join its team in Baku. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and the ability to maintain accurate employee data.
Key responsibilities:

Prepare HR-related orders, letters, and reports.

Collect and integrate employee information into the company’s electronic system.

Plan and report on employee vacations.

Ensure HR practices are aligned with national labor laws and internal policies.

Support Senior Specialists in training and recruitment administration.

Maintain accurate records of personnel files, data, letters, and attendance.
Candidate requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation.

Strong MS Office skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
