Senior Sales Manager
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
About the role:
Times Consulting is looking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead high-level business development and drive major client partnerships. This role requires strong industry connections, the ability to open boardroom doors, and proven success in closing large, complex deals. You will also play a key role in mentoring the sales team and positioning the company as a strategic partner in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate high-value leads through industry networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Take full ownership of large and complex deals from prospecting to closing.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with C-level executives, agencies, and top advertisers.
- Position the company as a strategic partner at the boardroom level.
- Train and inspire mid- and junior-level sales staff in advanced lead generation strategies.
Candidate profile:
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise or key account sales with a strong “hunter” track record.
- Advanced skills in networking, strategic deal-making, negotiation, storytelling, and personal branding.
- Self-starter and industry connector, able to thrive in high-stakes environments with credibility among executives.
- Proven ability to generate opportunities without marketing support and bring in multimillion contracts.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
