Junior Sales Manager
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)

Times Consulting is looking for an energetic and ambitious Junior Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and telemarketing. You will connect with potential clients, support the sales process, and ensure a healthy pipeline for the company’s growth. Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
- Research industries to identify potential clients (brands and agencies).
- Arrange and attend first meetings, qualify prospects, and hand over to senior managers when needed.
- Support preparation of proposals and manage follow-up communication.
- Maintain CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
Candidate profile:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition;
- Strong skills in cold calling, market research, persistence, fast learning, and high energy;
- Hunter mentality, ability to handle rejection, and discipline in outreach (100+ touches per week);
- Proven ability to open doors and deliver a steady flow of client meetings;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
