On January 25, Azerbaijan HR Institute with the support of Azerbaijan HR Community hosted an exclusive CHRO Breakfast at Atelier 61: Events Hall, where participants were welcomed with a carefully curated breakfast experience that created a warm and engaging atmosphere for meaningful networking. The informal setting allowed senior executives and HR leaders to connect, exchange insights, and build professional relationships ahead of the main program.

The central part of the event featured a masterclass titled “People, Power & Performance: The CHRO Advantage,” delivered by Fargana Mammadova, CHCO/CODO and Board Member at Kapital Bank. Designed as an interactive session, the masterclass was grounded in real-life leadership experiences and open discussions, offering participants practical perspectives on how HR leadership shapes organizational performance, culture, and long-term business outcomes.
Following the masterclass, the event marked an important milestone with the first official presentation of Azerbaijan HR Community membership opportunities. New members were welcomed into the community with membership cards and special gifts, reinforcing the growing professional HR network in the country. As part of the ceremony, Fargana Mammadova was awarded the Azerbaijan HR Community Honorary Membership Certificate for the first time, recognizing her outstanding contribution to the HR profession and her role as a respected HR leader.
The program also included the certificate presentation to graduates of the Human Resources Practical Experience Program, celebrating their successful completion and practical development.
The CHRO Breakfast brought together senior representatives and executives from leading organizations, including ABB Bank, Kapital Bank, Pasha Kapital, and other prominent companies. The event concluded with the support of Hazel, a premium chocolate and nuts brand, whose representative engaged participants with a light interactive activity and presented gifts, adding a memorable closing touch to the gathering.
Once again, the CHRO Breakfast highlighted the Azerbaijan HR Institute’s commitment to fostering executive dialogue, strengthening the HR community, and promoting experience-driven leadership development.
