A meeting was held between Azerbaijan HR Institute and the Training and Education Center of the Institute for Economic Research under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The main objective of the meeting was to examine possible directions of collaboration in the field of human capital development.
At the meeting, Azerbaijan HR Institute provided detailed information on its activities aimed at advancing human capital in the country, including national and international projects implemented in recent years. Emphasis was placed on the role of professional training, applied research, and international cooperation in strengthening the human resources capacity of Azerbaijan.
Training and Education Center was established as a public legal entity by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 June 2021. Its core mission is to contribute to the formation of a highly qualified workforce able to adapt to rapidly changing global and domestic challenges. In pursuit of this mission, the center applies innovative training methodologies and supports the continuous improvement of knowledge and competencies.
The discussion between the two institutions covered a range of potential joint initiatives, including co-organized training programs, methodological research projects, and expert exchange mechanisms. Both parties expressed a common vision regarding the strategic importance of human capital development for the sustainable socio-economic progress of Azerbaijan.
The meeting concluded with mutual recognition of the necessity for long-term cooperation and an affirmation of commitment to advancing educational and professional development opportunities in line with national priorities.
